Spin RIP is a combination of Spin Training combined with the TRX RIP trainer which specialises in developing rotational power core stability and strength by using an asymmetric resistance band to challenge the body across all planes of motion, it primarily engages the abdominal muscles of obliques, back, hips and shoulders, offering a high intensity metabolic workout that boosts athletic performance.  Suitable for all fitness levels.
